Update us where you stand on your topic idea

My idea has evolved form just financial situations to talking about the feeling of being a burden to family and what it does to the relationship and focus of mindset on school. If a student is able to fully focus and have a healthy family relationship with going to school and not have that feeling of burden with the parent to child, and child to parent, they can fully have the mindset to focus on school. School is expensive and should be dedicated to spending a lot of time and focus on school whether that is classes, school events, or meeting people around school.

Here this can define and help reinforce my theory of how college is more successful for more affluent people if they want stay all years at a certain college, and community college and transferring is more successful for less-affluent students that are able to have party pathways

Website that talks about the emotional impact of Covid-19 and school online, we can notice the relationships at home with parents and students a lot harder emotionally. It is hard to go from independent to online with parents considering college is more about the experience of working on your own, living with parents and going to school at home and online hurts that experience.

The affordability of college and what counsellors have impact on in this scholarly article. Going to college for the student affects the entire family not just the student, it can be helpful only if money is there to afford college.

What ideas about your topic did you get from this search?

There are multiple ideas i plan on combining as whole to talk about the family's relationship which is money, the feeling of a burden, and mindset. How should students go about to going to college, is should only be worth going to college if it is affordable or if it can possibly get that student somewhere without taking a huge financial hit.
